We know that sometimes plans change! Here’s how our refund policy works for birthday party reservations:

• Full Refunds: If you let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled party, we’ll refund your reservation in full.
• Less than 48 Hours Notice: If notice is given with less than 48 hours left before the party, unfortunately we can’t guarantee a refund since we’ve already reserved staff time and party space for you.
• How to Request a Refund: Please give us a call directly to cancel your reservation and request your refund at (620) 231‑5688.
